XYT-51 (GANTRY/gantry loader mountable)

Gantry loader can be mounted to meet automation needs. Enables flexible automated line configuration of flange workpieces. Compared to conventional models, the through-hole diameter of the first spindle has been enlarged, and the machining capacity has been improved by increasing the motor output, enabling heavy-duty cutting of large-diameter bar materials.

XY-120PLUS (6-inch multi-tasking turning machine)

The number of tools to be mounted has been enhanced, and the main turret (12 square) has 24 tooling positions. A sub-turret can hold up to 36 tools. This reduces work time during setup and changeover in high-mix low-volume production. The sub-spindle has an additional X2 axis for superimposed machining.

XW-60/XW-60M (6-inch middle turning machine)

Equipped with a new type 3-axis high-speed loader, the optimal transfer system is created by integrating the transfer loader and the machine itself. It is effective in reducing cycle time. The drilling capability of the Z-axis motor is increased by 20% with the highest rapid traverse speed in its class (X-axis: 18 m/min, Z-axis: 24 m/min).
